I'm Dr Sylvia Kama-Kieghe, AskAwayHealth Founder, the creator of a healthcare platform of blogs, vlogs and other resources that provide clarity and direction about your health.
My training background is in family, community, and primary care medicine and I'm licensed to practice in the United Kingdom as a General Practitioner, and in Nigeria.
I work with a team of qualified medical and technology experts to look at how we can bridge the gaps in health awareness and understanding of health and disease - particularly in lower and middle income countries.
To this end, we use stories, blogs, videos, infograms to draw your attention and challenge you to invest in and make smart choices for your health.

I'm Giving Back
When you're blessed, and have received something of value - share it out.
You've found the page where I share thoughts and experience about anything health care related.
I firmly believe that our world can be a much better place when each of us share with others our best selves.
This is part of my little contribution to positively impact individuals, families and communities.
I hope that you can benefit from it.
What gets me up in the morning? I ask myself: "What can I do to be the best version of me today"?
